Vu Phong Energy Group’s Key Activities in November 2023

Vu Phong Energy Group remained actively engaged in November 2023, furthering its commitment to sustainable development and the energy transition in Vietnam. This included implementing new projects, signing key agreements, and delivering completed systems, alongside participation in significant industry events.

A notable highlight was the signing of an agreement for a solar power project at the Song Hong Shalumi Aluminum plant, a leading Vietnamese manufacturer of extruded aluminum profiles. This project will be developed under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) collaboration model, with VP Energy providing investment and Vu Phong Energy Group providing comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services.

In addition, Vu Phong Energy Group officially handed over a rooftop solar power system to Duy Tan Binh Duong Plastics Company, a member of the Duy Tan Plastics Manufacturing Corporation. This handover marks a significant step for Duy Tan Plastics in increasing the adoption of clean energy and renewable energy to power its manufacturing operations.

Throughout November, Vu Phong Energy Group participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and forums dedicated to sustainable development and the ongoing energy transition in Vietnam. Discussions centered on vital topics such as solutions for achieving “Net-Zero” emissions, unlocking the potential of sustainable business development, and advancing renewable energy initiatives through collaboration with the Vietnam Energy Partnership Group.
