In early November, Vu Phong Energy Group, in collaboration with Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (CC47), Xanh Yeu Thuong(), AI Education, and SUN Edu, launched the Green Journey, Digital Learning” project at Ky Hai Primary & Secondary School in Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province. This initiative, with a budget exceeding 5 billion VND, represents the first school to benefit from improved green infrastructure and digital transformation in a remote area. The project is designed to positively impact over 5,000 students annually, creating enhanced learning conditions and opportunities for growth.
Vu Phong Energy Group’s commitment to supporting communities extends to the TheLIGHT 2024 project, which delivers sustainable development through solar power to disadvantaged households in Quang Phu Commune, Krong No District, Dak Nong Province. This reliable power supply has significantly improved the quality of life for local residents, particularly children, who now have better environments for study and a brighter outlook for the future. These types of initiatives are key to showcasing the impact of renewable energy developments.
Throughout November, Vu Phong actively participated in key industry events. During an energy efficiency training program in Dong Nai, Vu Phong shared practical solutions to help businesses optimize their energy consumption. At a government conference focused on renewable energy developments in Can Tho, Vu Phong presented the self-production and self-consumption solar energy model. This model empowers businesses to enhance their international competitiveness and comply with evolving regulations, such as the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
The “Zero Capex Solar” model continues to be a popular choice for businesses seeking cost-effective green transition solutions. This rooftop solar approach minimizes upfront capital expenditure, allowing businesses to reduce operating costs, lower carbon emissions, and generate renewable energy certificates (I-RECs). It’s particularly beneficial for companies aiming to achieve Net Zero targets and meet international standards, particularly as Vietnam progresses toward its commitment to Net Zero by 2050.
November concluded with notable progress and achievements, strengthening the momentum for future projects. Vu Phong Energy Group remains dedicated to assisting businesses on their journey toward Net Zero, while expanding its international presence. The company strives to be a leading partner, delivering innovative and sustainable renewable energy solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future for communities worldwide.
