The discussion encompassed various critical aspects of the renewable energy industry, including the burgeoning potential of rooftop solar power, advancements in wind power development, the evolving carbon credit market, and the complexities of the supply chain within the sector. The immense potential for rooftop solar power development received significant emphasis within the government’s recently approved Power Development Plan VIII in mid-May 2023. Vu Phong Energy Group is at the forefront of this movement, actively engaging in negotiations with numerous enterprises to deploy cutting-edge rooftop solar power systems. A notable success from June is the collaboration on a solar power project at the Shints BVT factory, marking Hai Duong’s first foreign-invested enterprise specializing in sportswear, protective apparel, jackets, and gloves to embrace such a sustainable initiative. This advanced solar power system will be implemented through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), with ecoligo serving as the investor. Vu Phong Energy Group, leveraging its expertise as both developer and provider of comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services, is dedicated to supporting Shints BVT throughout its long-term journey of clean energy utilization.
